LEWISTON – Philip and Carmen Rioux of Lewiston are announcing the engagement of their daughter, Bridget Rioux of Lewiston, to Christopher Amadon of Arundel, son of Norm and Nancy Pineau of Scarborough.

Miss Rioux is a 1993 graduate of Lewiston High School and a 1999 graduate of the University of Maine at Orono. She is employed as a process engineer at National Semiconductor.

Mr. Amadon is a 1989 graduate of Thornton Academy and is currently a senior in the industrial technicians program at the University of Southern Maine. He is employed as an equipment technician at National Semiconductor.

The wedding will be held at 5:30 p.m., Sept. 5, at Holy Family Church in Lewiston.
