LEWISTON – Friends and co-workers celebrated Charles “Charlie” Thompson’s recent retirement from Russell Park Rehabilitation and Living Center, 158 Russell St. Thompson began working at Russell Park in 1998 (at the age of 61) as a janitor/housekeeper, but he not only worked in housekeeping, he also filled in extra shifts as a personal care attendant on the residential care unit when needed.

Before joining the Russell Park team, Thompson worked for 40 years at the Sableman Plastic Heel Company.
