The River Valley Chamber of Commerce would like to congratulate Heather Dubendris, of Mountain Valley High School and Benjamin McCollister, of Dirigo High School for being the 2008 recipients of the Christmas in the Valley Scholarships. We had a record number of submissions this year, and the committee was very impressed with the high quality of applications. It was a difficult decision, and the Chamber wishes the best of luck to all the students!
