Yard, bake sale
OXFORD – The Oxford Historical Society’s Kay House Museum, Pleasant Street, will hold a yard and bake sale from 8 a.m. to noon Saturday, July 12. The museum will also be open for tours.
Concert in park
OXFORD – A Concert in the Park will be held with a performance by the Timpanics at 6:30 p.m. Tuesday, July 15, at the Oxford Veterans’ Memorial Park, Route 121, rain or shine. It will be hosted by Anderson-Staples American Legion Post 112. Bring a chair. Refreshments will be available. For more information, contact Chairman Ted Heidrich at 539-4102.
Women’s meeting
PARIS – The Christian Women United will meet Tuesday, July 15, at the First Congregational Church. Luncheon will be served at 11:30 a.m. The speaker will be Ken Fernald from New Hampshire and he will also sing. Anyone who has not been contact and would like a reservation may call Pearl Anderson at 743-5724.
Worship time
NORWAY – Worship services at the Second Congregational Church, 205 Main St., will be held at 9 a.m. during July and August.
Child care is available during the worship service. The Rev. Leslie Foley, during July, is preaching a series of sermons based on John Ortberg’s, “If you want to walk on water, you need to get out of the boat.”
