Community Concepts was recently recognized by the Maine Employers Mutual Insurance Company for outstanding performance in safety through their workers’ compensation program. The award, shared by five other businesses throughout Maine, was presented by MEMIC President and CEO John T. Leonard at MEMIC’s annual meeting in Portland. Community Concepts is a non-profit corporation whose mission is to “build opportunities for a better tomorrow.” The agency provides services to Androscoggin, Oxford and Franklin Counties, including transportation, housing, heating assistance and child and family services.
