Richard Giard of Chesterville, a volunteer for Franklin Memorial Hospital in Farmington, welcomes patients to the new Medical Arts Building located behind the hospital. Giard and his wife, Lynda, volunteer to greet and direct people in the new medical building, he said. They also help with wheelchair patients and park cars for patients.
