BRIDGTON – William Michael Molloy, 75, of Harrison, died Aug. 16 at the Bridgton Hospital.

He was born in Maynard, Mass., on June 21, 1933, the son of Michael J. and Margaret (Lydon) Molloy and was educated in Maynard schools. He was an Air Force veteran of the Korean War, was a member of the American Legion Post 235 of Maynard, and was the past exalted ruler of Maynard Lodge B.P.O.E, and had served as secretary of the lodge for several years.

For the past 19 years, he and his family owned the Caswell House Restaurant.

He is survived by his wife of 52 years, Christine (Lampinen) Molloy, of Harrison; one son, Michael John Molloy, of Harrison; one daughter, Maureen Elizabeth Andreou, of Grovetown, Ga.; two brothers, Morgan Molloy of Hopkinton, Mass., and Peter Molloy of Northboro, Mass.; three grandchildren, Douglas, Samuel and Christine Andreou and one great-granddaughter, Madison Beasley, all of Grovetown, Ga.

He was predeceased by a sister, Margaret Lanigan.
