NORWAY – The next Norway Open Mic Night will be held Friday, Aug. 29, at the First Universalist Church, 479 Main St. Sign-up for performers begins at 6:30 p.m., with the open mic starting at 7 p.m.

Founded and hosted by Vessel Recordings artist Heather Pierson in January 2002, the Open Mic Night is geared to families, friends and performers of all ages and abilities. Talents range from music to comedy to storytelling to dance.

Everyone is welcome. Participation is not required.

Admission: $3 donation at the door. Refreshments will be available.
