In considering what to do with my vote for president, I ask, “What kind of country do I want?”

I want a policy of peace – war is not an option.

I want a policy of negotiation for resolution of all disputes, national or international.

I want earth-sparing technologies and employment options for all at pay levels that eliminate poverty.

I want health care for everyone.

I want zero tolerance for pollution of any kind.

I want a tax policy without loopholes.

I want a government that tells me straight out that I have to pay taxes to get what I want.

Finally, I want a president who will inspire me and my countrymen to work our heads off to transform this marginally functional country into a model for the world of integrity and passion for the benefit of all its people.

I will vote for Barack Obama.
