NASHUA, N.H. (AP) – A Nashua, N.H., woman has been identified as the winner of the $3.7 million Tri-State Megabucks jackpot from Aug. 16.

Sherel Snow bought the winning ticket at a Market Basket store in Nashua. Lottery officials say she chose to claim her winnings in a lump-sum cash payment of nearly $1.8 million, after taxes.

The family lawyer says the winner intends to use the winnings to help her family and her charities.
