LEWISTON – Informed Notaries of Maine Inc., a private organization founded more than 15 years ago to educate notaries in the state, will host an educational workshop on how to perform civil wedding ceremonies.

The workshop will be held from 6 to 8 p.m. Tuesday, Sept. 9, at the Lewiston Public Library’s Jean Couture Room, 200 Lisbon St.

INM’s Vice President Kathy Arsenault and Lewiston City Clerk Kathy Montejo will present the program. Information on the workshop and others can be found on the INM Web site at www.informednotariesofmaine.org.
