AUBURN – Robert and Denise Purington of Auburn celebrated their 25th wedding anniversary on June 28 at a party in the vestry of the Court Street Baptist Church in Auburn.

Paul and Sharon Goding, the parents of Mrs. Purington, were hosts. Decorations were in a theme of yellow daisies.

Wedding attendants present were Cheryl Ann Goding, sister of Mrs. Purington, and Lisa Forgues.

The couple was married July 2, 1983, at the Court Street Baptist Church.
