TURNER – The wedding of Brenda Joyce Parker and Ross W. Gagne was held at 2 p.m., July 26, at the home of Robert and Sharon Kalinowski in Turner. Sandi Phillipon, notary public, officiated at the ceremony.

Mrs. Gagne is the daughter of Evelyn Parker of Turner and the late Charles Parker Sr. Mr. Gagne is the son of Laurel Gagne of Turner and the late Laurence Gagne.

The bride, given in marriage by her son, Gary Lee James Parker, wore a white gown with spaghetti straps and a small train with beads and button detail. She carried a bouquet made by herself, her daughter, Cassandra, and her friend, Sharon Kalinowski.

Bethany Gammon was honor attendant for the bride. Bridesmaids were her two daughters, Cassandra Mercier and Dallas Parker; junior bridesmaid was a granddaughter, Brooke Hebert. Autumn Mercier, another granddaughter, was flower girl.

Michael Arsenault, friend and co-worker, performed the duties of best man. Ushers were Joshua Fournier, family friend, and Chris Lebrun, friend and fellow firefighter. Junior usher was William Holt, family friend, and groomsman was Gary Parker, son.

A reception followed at the Boofy Quimby Memorial Hall in North Turner.

The bride is a graduate of Leavitt Area High School and is a volunteer emergency medical dispatcher for Turner Rescue.

The bridegroom is also a graduate of Leavitt Area High School and is assistant chief of Turner Rescue and a full-time EMT for Turner Rescue.
