Let’s get real about taxes. When John McCain says, “I will keep taxes low … my opponent will raise them,” he is talking about taxes on big business. And he’s right! And it’s about time we got a whole lot of these companies off welfare!
What McCain doesn’t say is that he will keep taxes low for low- and middle-income working families … because he won’t. The standard of living under the past eight years of Republican domination has fallen drastically for those people, and promises to continue should McCain be elected. Make no mistake about it, a vote for John McCain is a vote for four more years of hardship for most Americans. Ask yourself: Can you afford it?
I know I can’t!
