MIDDLETOWN, Conn. (AP) – Authorities say a man sought in connection with his brother’s homicide in New Jersey has been arrested in Middletown.

Police say officers arrested Tormu Emanuel Prall when he tried to break into a car on Monday, but that he gave an alias and refused to be fingerprinted or photographed.

They learned one day later that he was Prall, who was sought by New Jersey police on charges in connection with a 2007 firebombing in Trenton. Prall’s brother was killed and the man’s girlfriend was seriously injured.

The case was featured on the “America’s Most Wanted” television show two days before Prall’s arrest in Middletown.

Prall is awaiting extradition from Connecticut to Trenton to face charges of homicide, attempted homicide and arson.
