LEWISTON – The wedding of Danielle Sabine and Nathan Faucher was held at 10 a.m., July 26, at the Basilica of Saints Peter and Paul. The Rev. Seamus Griesbach officiated at the ceremony.
Mrs. Faucher is the daughter of Richard Sabine Jr. of Lewiston and Claire Sabine of Greene. Mr. Faucher is the son of Rosario and Nancy Faucher of Lewiston.
The bride wore a white beaded A-line gown with cap sleeves and a Cathedral train. She carried a bouquet of white roses.
A sister of the bride, Elizabeth Sabine, was maid of honor. Bridesmaids were Cassandra Gray, Teresa Myers and Anne Furlong, friends of the bride. Lauren and Emily Wortley, friends of the bride, were flower girls.
Serving as best man was a friend of the bridegroom, Leon Griesbach. Ushers were Seth Goepel, Isaac Madore and Edward Dombroskas II, friends of the bridegroom. Gabriel Brents, nephew of the bridegroom, was ring bearer.
The couple traveled on a cruise to the Eastern Caribbean for their honeymoon.
The bride is a 2004 graduate of Leavitt Area High School and a 2008 graduate of the University of Southern Maine. She is a music teacher at Walton and Washburn Elementary Schools in Auburn.
The bridegroom is a 2002 graduate of Edward Little High School and a 2007 graduate of the University of Southern Maine. He is employed at Home Depot.
