Furnishing a Place for Minors
On Sept. 19 at 9:37 p.m., report of a disturbance on Pine Street. Charles Cadwell, 18, of Rumford was charged with furnishing a place for minors and juveniles to consume alcohol. Travis McLean, 19, of Rumford; Chad Warner, 19, of Mexico; Joshua Billings, 19, of Bryant Pond and two female juveniles, a 14-year-old from Rumford and a 17-year-old from Mexico, were all charged with illegal possession of alcohol.
Operating Under Influence
On Sept. 19 at 4:27 p.m., Mary Chapman, 50, of Bethel was charged with erratic operation after a motor vehicle stop.
Possession of Suspended License
On Sept. 19 at 1:20 a.m., Robert Moorehead, 22, of East Waterboro was charged with possession of a suspended license after striking a stop sign.
Theft
On Sept. 16 at 12:23 p.m., Waldo Street resident reporting theft of her keys, purse and medication from her apartment. The incident is under investigation.
On Sept. 17 at 1 a.m., Somerset Street resident reporting theft of his car from the Eagle’s parking lot on Rumford Avenue. Vehicle was located by Mexico PD at 1:34 a.m. on Highland Terrace.

Angela Breton, 19, of Route 108, Peru has a warrant for failure to appear on a burglary charge.
Christina Eaton, 33, of Peru has a warrant for failure to appear on a traffic offense and negotiating a worthless instrument.
Gordon Peace, 29, of Milton Township, has warrants for failure to pay fines and failure to appear on a charge of cultivating marijuana.
Jennie Vicars, 19, of Rumford/Bethel has a warrant for failure to appear on a burglary charge.
