KINGFIELD – The wedding of Shannon Allen and Kurt Rolbiecki was held at 1 p.m. on Aug. 30 at an outdoor ceremony at the home of the bridegroom’s sister, RaAnne Wahl. Dawn Ross, sister of the bride, officiated at the ceremony.

Mrs. Rolbiecki is the daughter of Sharon Allen of New Vineyard and David Allen of West Farmington. Mr. Rolbiecki is the son of Ken and Donna Maine of Stratton.

Noreen Pingree, friend of the bride, was maid of honor and Ken Maine served as his son’s best man.

The bride, given in marriage by her father, wore a white strapless gown with fitted bodice and carried a bouquet of white and yellow roses with white lilies.

A reception followed with family and friends at the home of Mr. and Mrs. Mark Wahl. The three-tier wedding cake was made by Stephanie Bigelow, sister of the bridegroom.

The bride is a graduate of Mt. Blue High School and is employed at the office of Dr. James Creznic in Farmington.

The bridegroom is a graduate of Mt. Abram High School and owns Rolbiecki Construction Co.

The couple is residing in New Portland.
