RUMFORD – Bangor Savings Bank will hold a grand reopening ceremony at its Rumford Branch on Oct. 27. The 118 Congress St. branch recently underwent a complete refurbishment. The celebration includes a ribbon-cutting ceremony at 9:30 a.m. and other events throughout the week.
