LEBANON, N.H. (AP) – Police say it was just luck that no one was hurt and no one crashed their cars when they were hit by rocks thrown from a highway overpass in Lebanon, N.H., during the weekend.

Twenty-four-year-old Christopher Dozier of Lebanon is charged with throwing rocks that hit four vehicles passing below on Interstate 89 early Saturday.

One rock went through a windshield and hit the passenger seat. Dozier also is charged with smashing windows on four parked cars.

Police say he was drunk at the time.
