RUMFORD – Unless otherwise noted, the following are to be arraigned on Dec. 2 in Rumford District Court:
• Elizabeth A. Barnett, 19, Rumford, domestic assault, 10:30 a.m. Oct. 20 on Waldo Street. She was released on $1,000 unsecured bail.
• Tara Roy, 29, Mexico, operating under the influence and domestic assault, 2:29 a.m. Oct. 11 on Waldo Street. She was released on $1,000 unsecured bail and will be arraigned on Jan. 6 in Rumford District Court.
Accidents
• Oct. 21, 11:15 a.m., Bernard E. Pellerin, 72, of Rumford, who was driving a 2007 Lincoln, suffered a medical problem prior to striking the end of Morse Bridge on Bridge Street near River Street. The car rolled over onto the sidewalk on the bridge, coming to rest on the passenger side. Pellerin suffered no apparent injuries, but his car sustained an estimate $25,000 in damage.
