LISBON – No one was injured in a two-vehicle collision at Route 9 and Bowdoinham Road on Tuesday afternoon.
Police officer Jeffrey Picard said Jenna Williams, 27, of Lisbon Falls was driving south on Route 9 and had stopped to make a left turn onto Bowdoinham Road. A car driven by Johna Pillsbury, 58, also of Lisbon Falls, struck the back of Williams’ SUV, Picard said.
Pillsbury said she was blinded by the headlights of an oncoming tractor-trailer and did not see Williams’ stopped vehicle in front of her, the investigator said.
Damage was estimated at $800 to Williams’ 2007 Dodge Nitro and at $4,000 to Pillsbury’s 1989 Camaro in the 4:54 p.m. crash.
