NEW GLOUCESTER – Todd J. Desjardins, CPA, CFE, has recently joined the team at Berry Talbot Royer, a full-service certified public accounting firm in Falmouth, as a senior audit manager. The firm offers a wide range of tax, accounting, auditing and management advisory services to a broad range of clientele.

Desjardins worked previously for a large local firm for more than nine years after attending the University of Southern Maine, where he earned a bachelor of science degree in accounting. His professional experience includes working with credit unions, automobile dealerships, governmental and quasi-governmental agencies, in addition to performing traditional audit and tax services for many other small businesses. He is also a certified fraud examiner with experience assisting clients with forensic accounting and fraud deterrence. He serves on the American Red Cross audit committee as well as treasurer and board member for a local non-profit, Youth and Family Outreach.

He lives in New Gloucester with his wife and their three daughters.
