LEWISTON – Montello Elementary School recently celebrated its annual fall festival. Teachers and staff, parents, families, neighbors and friends joined for the annual fundraiser that helps fund field trips and supplies for the grade levels.

The festival featured the bouncy house, cotton candy treats, old-fashioned candy apples and other goodies as well as face painting.

Kids had their pictures taken with the stuffy scarecrow, and many visited the haunted house. There were 50-50 raffles and basket raffles.

Lines formed to dunk members of the Lewiston High School Blue Devils football team and school staff. Guest star Jeff Guay, assistant coach of the Lewiston Maineiacs, took his turn at the tank and Louey the Lewiston Maineiacs mascot roamed through the crowds greeting and hugging the kids.
