LEWISTON – The International Association of Industrial Accident Boards and Commissions has awarded its Presidential Award to Paul R. Dionne in appreciation of his dedication, leadership and service to the IAIABC and the international workers’ compensation community.

Dionne was recognized for his ability to resolve disputes during his tenure on the IAIABC executive committee.

Dionne has served as the executive director of the Maine Workers’ Compensation Board since 1999, and chairman of the board since 2004. Prior to joining the board, he was a partner in the law firm Dionne, Croteau and Gosselin.
