Linda Layden, scrimshaw artist, will give a talk and demonstration of her work at 1 p.m. Sunday, Dec. 7, at Gallery 302 in Bridgton. Layden, who has been involved in making scrimshaw art for 35 years, will explain the different types of materials she uses.
