AUBURN – Pathways Inc. has received a three-year accreditation from CARF, the Commission on Accreditation of Rehabilitation Facilities. This is the highest accreditation granted to an agency, and indicates that Pathways provides the highest level of programs and services to its consumers.
CARF is a private, not-for-profit organization that promotes quality rehabilitation services. It does this by establishing standards for agencies to use as guidelines. These standards are developed with input from consumers, rehabilitation professionals, state and national organizations and funders.
“We are very pleased with the CARF inspection results. They show that the employees and programs offered at Pathways are of the highest standards,” said Bob Kennelly, executive director of Pathways.
Pathways offers programs and services to support individuals with disabilities to improve the quality of their lives. For more information on Pathways, visit the Web site at www.Pathwaysmaine.com.
