LIVERMORE – The wedding of Megan Chesley and Matthew Dion was held at 6 p.m. on Aug. 8 at the home of the bridegroom in Livermore. Pastor Roger Cousineau officiated at the ceremony.
Mrs. Dion is the daughter of Neil and Beth Chesley of Winthrop. Mr. Dion is the son of David and Jackie Dion of Livermore.
The bride was given in marriage by her father. Sarah Cain, friend of the bride, attended as maid of honor.
A reception followed at the Dion home, after which the couple traveled to Downeast Maine. They are residing in Livermore Falls.
The bride is a 2003 home school graduate and a graduate of New England Bible Institute, majoring in Christian counseling. She is a dispatcher at the Livermore Falls Police Dept.
The bridegroom is a 2000 graduate of Livermore Falls High School and served five years in the U.S. Navy in the construction battalion. He is employed at Integrated Waste Solutions and Verso Paper.
