Hailey Chadbourne of Gardiner Area High School was named Miss Maine Field Hockey by the Maine Field Hockey Association on Sunday.

Chadbourne scored 16 goals and added nine assists, and capped her career with 61 goals and 43 assists. She’s also a NFHCA All-American.

Leavitt Area High School’s Courtney Erskine was a finalist for the award.

Chadbourne and Erskine were among 67 athletes honored with all-state selections Sunday. The MFHA also awarded its annual media award Sunday to Justin Pelletier of the Sun Journal.
