SOUTH PARIS – Community Concepts announces that Susan Hanley has been promoted to director of human resources. She brings 23 years of experience working in a CAP environment and a wide array of supervisory and leadership qualities to the position. Hanley has been a key employee with CCI since 1999.

Since joining Community Concepts, she has completed leadership and advanced leadership training, including a comprehensive study program toward certification for Senior Professional in Human Resources from the Society of Human Resource Management.
