AUBURN – Auburn and Midcoast battled to a 2-2 tie in 14U girls’ hockey action at Ingersoll Arena. Holly Gallup scored an unassisted goal nine seconds into the game for Auburn. Mariah Mosher added a second-period goal with help from Sadie Royer. Jordan collected both goals for Midcoast. Tori Sanford was the Auburn goalie.

Squirt 2 House

Western Maine rallied for a 3-2 victory over Auburn. Matt Verrill and Riley Lavoie provided unassisted goals for Auburn. Travis Townsend and Julian Clements picked up unassisted tallies late in the second period, putting WMYHL ahead to stay. John Gresh also scored for Western, Zackery Callahan assisting. Savannah Shaw was Auburn’s goaltender, with Jaret Korzeniowski protecting the Western Maine net.

Peewee House

The Auburn Avalanche Peewee House hockey team continued its winning ways with a 4-2 victory over Midcoast No. 2 at Ingersoll Arena. Tanner Ramich led Auburn with two goals and one assists. Branden Dyer added a goal and two assists.

Kyle Knight notched one goal. Isaiah Dubois and Ryan Lavoie logged assists. Shuler Lamothe played a strong game defensively in front of winning goalie Nick Hemond.
