Joseph Courtemanche, 30, was charged with operating under the influence on Dec. 7 at 1:20 a.m. at Webster and Noble streets following a routine traffic stop.

Bradley White, 54, was charged with operating under the influence and refusing to sign a summons on Dec. 9 at 12:35 a.m. at Androscoggin Avenue and Hall Street following a routine traffic stop.

Angelique Labonte, 22, was charged with operating under the influence on Dec. 11 at 1:04 a.m. at Birch and Howe streets following a routine traffic stop.

Teri Sanborn, 41, was charged with operating under the influence on Dec. 12 at 12:25 a.m. at 189 Sabattus St. following a routine traffic stop.
