The Jacques Cartier Club of Sabattus hosted a Christmas party for the members’ grandchildren and great-grandchildren recently. A buffet lunch was served, and Santa and Mrs. Claus gave gifts and candy to all the kids. Members also collected groceries and money for the Christmas food baskets for the needy, which will be distributed the week of Christmas.
