PARIS – The Christmas Sunday service of Dec. 21, at the First Universalist Church on Pine Street will be led by Marylin Hammond. The 10 a.m. service will include traditional holiday hymns and music under the direction of Forest Perkins. There will also be the Christmas party for the Sunday School with a visit from a man in a red suit. Coffee and fellowship along with the Christmas party will take place in Good Cheer Hall after the service. Sunday School is under the direction of Renee Wales. Child care is available and all are welcome.
The Christmas Eve service will be held at 7 p.m. and led by Marilyn Hammond. Traditional hymns will be sung and Christmas stories and scriptures shared. The service will conclude with a candlelight circle and the singing of Silent Night. All are welcome.
