RUMFORD – The wedding of Sara Clark and Brian Worcester, a fall outdoor formal ceremony, was held Saturday afternoon, Oct. 25, at White’s Yard Works in Rumford. The Rev. Ellie Andrews officiated at the ceremony.
Mrs. Worcester is the daughter of Patricia Clark of Carthage and Arnold and Vicki Clark of Rumford. She is also the granddaughter of Edwin Pulk of Carthage and Elizabeth Pulk of Carthage, and the great-granddaughter of Frances Carson of Pennsylvania.
Mr. Worcester is the son of Donna and Clem Worcester of Hanover and the grandson of Alyce Peare of West Paris. All attended the wedding.
Sue Galligan of Wilton was the maid of honor. John Bernard of Rumford was the best man. Bridesmaids were Tammy Bernard of Rumford and Jenny Terrill of Oxford, sister of the bridegroom. The groomsmen were Scott Trip of Mexico and Matt Terrill of Oxford.
Mr. Worcester’s daughter, Kaylynn, was the flower girl and joins with her father in the new family, which includes 10-month-old twins, Shawnee and Makala, all from Carthage. Hunter Bernard of Rumford was the ring bearer.
A gala reception took place at the Sons of Italy Hall in Rumford, after which the couple left for a honeymoon trip to New Hampshire and the eastern coast of Maine.
The bride is a graduate of Calais Regional High School and is employed at C.N. Brown.
The bridegroom is a graduate of Mountain Valley High School, Region 9 School of Applied Technology and attended Washington County Technical College. He is employed at Sunday River and is a logger.
The couple is residing in Carthage.
