BARTLETT, N.H. – The Grand Summit Hotel and Conference Center at Attitash Mountain in Bartlett, N.H., was the setting for the April 26 marriage of Stephannie Gooch and Michael Welch.

The bride is the daughter of Paul and Susan Gooch of Wilton. The bridegroom is the son of Paul and Maureen Welch of Tamworth, N.H.

The bride wore a satin strapless gown with split back, in A-line style, with periwinkle beaded cuff, hem and inset and an elbow-length white veil with periwinkle edging.

Meg Ross of Fall River, Mass., served as maid of honor. Cindy Welch of Attleboro, Mass., sister of the bridegroom, Rachel Cartier of Milton Mills, N.H., and Kristina Ingram of Newton, Mass., attended as bridesmaids. Junior bridesmaids were Allison and Kristen Brown of Wilton.

Attendants for the bridegroom were Joe Benete of Brookfield, Conn., as best man, and Matthew Chin of Plainsville, Mass., Carrie Ladue of Hartford, Conn., and Tyler Michaud of Lewiston. All were classmates at Norwich University in Northfield, Vt.

The Rev. Steve Zarecki of Wells performed the 4 p.m. ceremony.

The bride is the cardiopulmonary supervisor at Gifford Medical Center in Randolph, Vt.

The bridegroom is the captain/chief deputy for the Orange County Sheriff’s Department in Vermont.

The couple is residing in Randolph, Vt.
