Criminal mischief
A mailbox at 537 Pond Road was smashed overnight Dec. 20 to Dec. 21.
A vehicle parked at 438 Webster St. had a window broken out of it overnight Dec. 19 to Dec. 20.
A vehicle parked at 25 Marston St. was keyed overnight Dec. 18 to Dec. 19.
Thefts
A vehicle parked at 9 Avalon St. had 10 gallons of gasoline stolen from it overnight Dec. 25 to Dec. 26.
A hydraulic pump for a snow plow was stolen from a vehicle left at the L/A College on Westminster St. during the overnight hours of Dec. 16 to Dec. 17.
A gray, black, and white BMX bicycle was stolen from outside of Webbs Market on Dec. 20 at approximately 1 p.m.
A 2004 10-foot black Remeq aluminum snowmobile trailer containing a red 2004 Arctic Cat F-6 600 CC snowmobile and a green 2003 Arctic Cat F7 700 CC snowmobile was stolen from the Boston Avenue side of Berube’s Auto on Dec. 18 in the late afternoon.
MV burglaries
A vehicle parked at 170 Holland St. was burglarized overnight Dec. 18 to Dec. 19. A cell phone was taken from inside.
A vehicle parked at 17 Judith St. was burglarized between 3 and 5 p.m. on Dec. 23; a purse was taken from inside.
A vehicle parked at the Colisee was burglarized during the daytime on Dec. 10.
Burglaries
An apartment at 65 Shawmut St. was burglarized prior to 9 p.m. on Dec. 20.
An apartment at 244 Park St. was burglarized prior to 8 p.m. on Dec. 20, prescription meds were taken from inside.
MV theft
A silver 1999 Chevy Malibu – ME DX REG 55207 – was stolen from outside of 28 Prescott St. overnight Dec. 23 to Dec. 24.
Operating after suspension arrests
Danielle Stewart, 30, was arrested and charged with operating under the influence and operating after habitual offender status on Dec. 14 at 1:36 a.m. at Lisbon and Chestnut streets following a routine traffic stop.
Scott Elie, 34, was arrested and charged with operating while license suspended on Dec. 14 at 2:22 p.m. at Webster and Walnut streets following a routine traffic stop.
Robert Strout, 37, was arrested and charged with operating while license suspended on Dec. 18 at 2:20 a.m. at Webster and Pine streets following a routine traffic stop.
Daryle Gormley, 42, was arrested for operating after habitual offender revocation on Dec. 18 at 2:23 p.m. at 64 Sabattus St. following a routine traffic stop.
Operating under the influence arrests
Steven Dennis, 50, was arrested and charged with operating while license suspended, failing to stop for an officer, and failing to submit to arrest on Dec. 15 at 7 a.m. at Elm and College streets after he attempted to evade an officer who was pulling him over.
David Marshall, 41, was arrested and charged with operating under the influence on Dec. 15 at 12:31 a.m. at Maple and Park streets following a routine traffic stop.
Michael Richard, 25, was arrested and charged with operating under the influence on Dec. 23 at 1:43 a.m. at Webster St. and Jan’s Blvd. following a routine traffic stop.
Daniel Kelley, 25, was arrested and charged with operating under the influence on Dec. 24 at 12:49 a.m. at Sabattus and Orchard streets following a routine traffic stop.
David Williams, 48, was arrested and charged with operating under the influence on Dec. 25 at 9:16 p.m. after he crashed his car into a snowbank at 345 Sabattus St.
