CONCORD, N.H. (AP) – A Goffstown, N.H., woman slipped out of a pair of handcuffs and kicked two officers after being arrested on a drunken driving charge.

Forty-seven-year-old Leslie Connor was charged on Monday after rear-ending another car around 4:30 p.m. Police say while Connor was in custody, she somehow freed herself from the handcuffs and tried to flee. When police went to restrain her, Connor allegely kicked the two officers. Neither officer was hurt.

Connor was also charged with two counts of assault on a police officer, attempting escape and having an open container in her vehicle.
