MEXICO – The following incidents were handled recently by the Mexico Police Department:

Vandalism

A Belliveau Road resident reported at 12:29 a.m. Dec. 31 that someone had smashed the window of the driver’s side of her car while it was parked at a local tavern, causing $300 damage.

Theft

A Main Street resident reported at 1:02 p.m. Dec. 27 that someone had stolen an iPod valued at $150 from his home. Police have a suspect.
