SORRENTO, Italy – The wedding of Brandi Beauchesne and Tracy Stephen Comeau was held July 3 in Sorrento, Italy, and Aug. 9 at St. Mary’s Church in Augusta. The Rev. Brian Blancehette officiated at the ceremony.

Mrs. Comeau is the daughter of Daniel Beauchesne of Rumford. Mr. Comeau is the son of Bill and Judy Comeau of Milford.

The bride was given in marriage by her father.

Sherri Fredericks was matron of honor for her sister. Bridesmaids were Bonnie Robbins and Jodi Barber-Jordan, friends of the bride. Alexis Carey, niece of the bridegroom, was flower girl.

Bobby Kenniston, best friend of the bridegroom, performed the duties of best man. Ushers were Michael and Christopher Comeau, brothers of the bridegroom. Aaron Jamison, nephew of the bride, was ring bearer.

A reception was held at the Augusta Civic Center. The couple traveled throughout Italy before and after their wedding in Sorrento. They visited Rome, Florence, the Almafi Coast, Sorrento, Naples and Venice. They are residing in Augusta.

The bride is a 1993 graduate of Morse High School and a 1997 graduate of the University of Maine at Farmington with a bachelor’s degree in education. She also received a master’s degree in elementary mathematics in 2008 from Walden University. She is employed at Poland Community School in Poland.

The bridegroom is a 1994 graduate of Old Town High School and a 1998 graduate of the University of Maine at Orono with a bachelor’s degree in psychology. He received a master’s degree in human development in 2000 from the University of Maine at Orono. He is employed at Community Health and Counseling in Skowhegan.
