STARK, N.H. (AP) – New Hampshire state police are investigating an attack on a snowmobile trail that let one man seriously injured.

Police say two men were riding home from a camp on New Year’s Day when they were assaulted by two other men at a trail intersection in Stark.

Matt Shannon, 23, of Stewartstown suffered serious head and facial injuries. Keith Normand, 25, of Northumberland, received minor injuries.
