• Dwayne Anthony Cook, 51, of Bethel, Jan. 10, Oxford County Superior Court warrants charging failure to appear in court on charges of theft, obstructing a public way, operating without a license, and unauthorized use of a motor vehicle, $4,000 cash or $10,000 surety bail in total, Oxford County Sheriff’s Office.

• Kenneth G. Smith, 48, of Oxford, Jan. 10, probation violation, no bail listed as of Jan. 12, Norway Police Department.

• Mariene A. Bean, 47, of West Bethel, Jan. 10, operating under the influence with one prior, violation of conditions of release, Rumford Police Department.

• Kyle J. Sawyer, 21, of Auburn, Jan. 10, operating under the influence with one prior, $200 bail, Paris Police Department.

• Peter D. Burgess, 23, of Hanover, Jan. 10, Waldo County warrant charging failure to appear in court on a charge of criminal mischief, unlawful possession of scheduled drugs, $600 bail in total, Maine State Police.

• Krisjenna Marie Gonzalez, 27, of Norway, Jan. 11, operating after suspension, $500 unsecured bail, Norway Police Department.
