PARIS – The Central Maine Community College Corporate and Community Services Department will offer “Customer Service Excellence” from 9 a.m. to noon Fridays, Feb. 6 through Feb. 27, at the Western Maine Community College Center in South Paris. Cost is $199 and includes materials.

Participants will learn the importance of creating a culture of customer service, how to communicate with customers using tested techniques, how the customer’s perspective and experiences impact what they expect and how to maintain a high level of quality customer service that can set the organization apart from its competition.

The program will be presented by Julie Guerin. Guerin has more than 18 years of experience in customer service. She has been in many leadership roles and has participated in several seminars, including adult training, material development and supervisory leadership. She has also completed business courses at CMCC.
