AUBURN – The wedding of Christina Anne Benton and Daran James Noonan was held Oct. 11 at Martindale Country Club. The Rev. Jacquelyn Hodgdon officiated the ceremony.
Mrs. Noonan is the daughter of Jeanne Benton of Auburn and Robert and Valerie Benton of Turner. Mr. Noonan is the son of Janet and Fred Bishop of Auburn and the late James H. Noonan.
Bridesmaids were Penny Collins and Shelly Coltart, friends of the bride, Marci Tomasacci, cousin of the bride, and Jennifer Noonan, sister-in-law of the bridegroom. Lilly Coltart, goddaughter of the bride, and Kelsey Noonan, niece of the bridegroom, were flower girls.
Groomsmen were Cort Noonan and Chad Noonan, brothers of the bridegroom, and Jesse Lavoie and Spencer Merritt, friends of the bridegroom. James Noonan, nephew of the bridegroom, was ring bearer.
A reception followed at Martindale Country Club, after which the couple traveled to Europe. They are residing in Lewiston.
The bride is a 1997 graduate of Edward Little High School and a 2001 graduate of Rochester Institute of Technology. She is employed as a senior production designer at The VIA Group in Portland.
The bridegroom is a 1994 graduate of Edward Little High School and is a self-employed facilities engineer for a residential housing complex.
