Open house

LEWISTON – The International Clinic at B Street Family Health Center will have an open house from 4 to 6 p.m. Thursday, Jan. 29 in the Community Center Building, 57 Birch St.

Traditional Somali, Ethiopian, Sudanese, Mexican and French dishes will be featured, as well as cultural décor, music, a tea-making demonstration, children’s activities and an art exhibit. Dr. Geniene Wilson, civil surgeon and medical director of the International Clinic, staff members and the medical and dental teams will be present.

Bridge results

LEWISTON – The Lewiston-Auburn Social Bridge Club winners at the Multi-Purpose Center on Jan. 20 were as follows: first, Patricia Garcia and David Lock; second, Sue Kaluzynski and Donna Bartlett; third, Marta Clements and Nancy Farmer.

Winners at Schooner Estates in Auburn on Jan. 21 were: first, Jeanine Kivus and David Lock; second, Anna Vitiello and Rosemarie Goodwin; third, Martine Begert and Patricia Garcia.

Games are played at 9 a.m. Mondays and Tuesdays at the Multi-Purpose Center and at 6:30 p.m. Wednesdays at Schooner Estates. A partner is guaranteed.
