Criminal mischief
A vehicle parked in the CMMC lot at Middle and Lowell streets had a windshield smashed overnight Jan. 17.
The parking garage at CMMC was tagged with graffiti “GDK,” “Story,” and “Tuki” were some of the tags. This occurred Jan. 16-18.
A vehicle parked at Spring and Whipple streets was damaged overnight Jan. 16.
A vehicle parked at Highland and Webber avenues was egged sometime before the storm on Sunday, Jan. 18.
A residence at 694 Webster St. had had an unknown liquid thrown on it three times in the week previous to Jan. 18.
A vehicle parked at 48 Summit Ave. had four tires slashed overnight Jan. 19-20.
A caution sign was tagged with “187” prior to 2 p.m. Jan. 20.
Thefts
A customer of Rite Aid at 315 Main St. had his backpack stolen on Jan. 18 at 2:30 p.m.
A vehicle parked at Advance Auto Parts at 855 Lisbon St. had a license plate ME 4699PX stolen prior to 11:45 a.m. on Jan. 16.
Cash was stolen from a filing cabinet on an enclosed porch of 1 Lincoln sometime in the previous week.
MV burglaries
A vehicle parked at the Lewiston Armory at 65 Central Ave. was burglarized between 6 and 7:55 p.m. on Jan. 22; the vehicle was unlocked and a purse was taken.
A vehicle parked at the Colisee at 190 Birch St. was burglarized prior to 9 p.m. on Jan. 20.
Burglaries
Officers responded to Hall & Knight at 3 Middle St. on Jan. 19 at 10:27 p.m. for a report of an alarm. Upon arrival, they discovered forced entry through a door; however the suspect fled when he set off the alarm.
A garage at 1635 Main St. had a 2006 red Ariens snowblower stolen from inside of it overnight Jan. 17-18.
A resident of 49 Dumont Ave. arrived home on Jan. 16 at 11 p.m. to find a male subject inside of his garage. The only description available is that he was over 6 feet tall.
MV theft arrest
Kathie (Guilmette) Moberg, 40, was arrested and charged with operating under the influence, driving to endanger, operating while license suspended, theft of a motor vehicle, and leaving the scene of an accident on Jan. 21 at 9:39 p.m. on Goddard Road after she nearly collided head-on with Officer Somma. After stopping the car, a bolo was issued for the suspect of a hit and run accident in which this vehicle had been involved in after it had been stolen from outside of the Acme Club.
Operating after suspension
Ryan Thompson, 19, was arrested and charged with operating after suspension on Jan. 17 at 7:40 p.m. at Lincoln and Westbury streets following a routine traffic stop.
David Allman, 34, is wanted for operating while license suspended and violating conditions of release on Jan. 18 at 1:10 a.m. at 345 Main St. following a routine traffic stop.
Gregory Struve, 34, was arrested and charged with operating after suspension on Jan. 19 at 9:46 p.m. on Webster Street following a routine traffic stop.
Jordan Thornton, 19, was arrested and charged with operating after suspension on Jan. 19 at 11:55 p.m. on the Veteran’s Bridge following a routine traffic stop.
Operating under the influence
Shelly Rose, 44, was arrested and charged with operating under the influence on Jan. 20 at 12:37 a.m. at Main Street and Strawberry Avenue following a routine traffic stop.
Paul Bradley, 25, was arrested and charged with operating under the influence, eluding an officer, and criminal speed on Jan. 21 at 12:50 a.m. at Webster Street and Old Webster Road after he crashed into a utility pole while attempting to evade an officer pulling him over.
Renee Marcous, 25, was arrested and charged with operating under the influence on Jan. 23 at 1:09 a.m. at 64 Nichols St. following a routine traffic stop.
