Accidents
Auburn

• A pickup driven by Lauren M. Foster, 39 Dunn Road, Poland, skidded into a fire hydrant off Center Street Friday, after Foster attempted to avoid another vehicle. Police estimated damage to his truck at $8,000.

• Vehicles driven by Donna J. Easter, 48, of 18 Adams Ave., Auburn, and Breanne L. Reed, 21, 150 Poland Spring Road, Auburn, collided on the rotary off Turner Street at 1:25 p.m. Saturday. Police estimated damage to Easter’s Nissan at $3,000, $2,000 to Reed’s Toyota.

• Vehicles driven by Thomas J. Hartt, 25, of Manchester, N.H., and Tomas James Lopez, 22, of Nottingham Hill Road, Auburn, collided at 6:05 p.m. Friday on Gamage Ave. According to the police report, Hartt pulled out to see past a snowbank and Lopez could not avoid hitting him. Damage to Hartt’s Honda was estimated at $5,000; to Lopez’s Toyota, $5,000.
