LEWISTON – The band Vegetables by Day will play a mix of contemporary acoustic and classic rock at Little Dan’s BBQ restaurant Friday, Feb. 6. Saturday, Feb. 7, the David Mello Trio will entertain.

Both will perform from 8:30 p.m. until 12:30 a.m. There is no cover charge.

Making up Vegetables by Day are lead singer Don Hebert on guitar, Steve Mehalcik on bass and Ray Tardiff on drums.

Mello, who has performed professionally for 44 years, plays a variety of music genres, from standards to blues. In the 1970s, he toured with Buddy Guy and Junior Wells and the Staple Singers.
