AUBURN – In a front-page story Wednesday about a sword-wielding man injured by a pepper ball fired by Auburn police, the Sun Journal erroneously reported that a pepper ball claimed the life of a college student in Boston in 2004. The crowd-control weapon used by police in the Boston incident, an FN 303, is different from the weapon manufactured by PepperBall Technologies Inc. of San Diego.
