HOWLAND – Kara Marie Gosselin and Craig Allen Dube were married on Saturday, Sept. 6, at 2 p.m. at St. Leo’s Catholic Church in Howland. The Rev. Roger Cyr officiated at the ceremony.

An outdoor reception followed at the home of the couple in West Enfield.

The bride, given in marriage by her godfather, Marc Cyr, is the daughter of Gloria Gosselin and the late Normand Gosselin of Lewiston. The bridegroom is the son of Violet Dube-Moody of Shapleigh and the late James Dube of West Enfield.

The matron of honor was Kimberly Gosselin, sister of the bride. Bridesmaids were Kimberly Dube, Kimberly Limric, Michelle Page, Melissa Gil and Jennifer Arsenault, all friends of the bride. The flower girl was a niece of the bride, Nora Knowlton.

The best man was Wesley Dube, brother of the bridegroom. Groomsmen were Keith Ouellette and Mark Defurio, cousins of the bridegroom, and Mike Bernard, Bryan Grant and Jason Martel, all friends of the bridegroom. The ring bearer was a nephew of the bridegroom, James Edwin Dube.

The bride wore a strapless ivory gown in A-line style with a tulle overlay of pearls and crystals. She also wore an elbow length veil with pearl trim.

The bride graduated from Lewiston High School in 1997 and from the University of Maine at Orono in 2001.

The bridegroom graduated from Penobscot Valley High School in 1992 and served in the U.S. MCR and Army National Guard. He graduated from Maine Maritime Academy in 1997 and is currently directing Heat Recovery Systems Technology, Northeast Operations.

Family and friends traveled from Florida, Colorado, Connecticut, Minnesota, Kentucky, New York and Canada.

The couple honeymooned in Paris, France, and London, England. They are residing in West Enfield.
